I have been exhibiting at the CIPD Exhibition for over 10 years and the latest was a tremendous success. I began a career in L&D consultancy in 2009 collaborating with internationally renowned companies such as Starbucks, Ritz Carlton, Lexus and many more. Our management training courses will ensure you have well equipped leaders and coaches on the frontline of your business driving results and upskilling their teams. Studies have proven that employee engagement increases dramatically when they are provided with quality training for their roles. I specialise in hands-on practical training. Providing advanced management, intermediate and introductory management training courses. All courses are delivered face to face in small groups ensuring individual needs are met.

Courses can be tailored to your exact needs and delivered in-house at your offices or we can organise a venue for you. As part of the fee, the trainer will call you in advance of the course and discuss your needs so that the course is tailored for you. Finally, I also offer affordable 1-to-1 training service for any of our courses. A 1-to-1 training programme will include a telephone conference of up to 1 hour with the delegate before the on-site session (and optionally with their line manager), a 1/2 day on site coaching and then a further telephone conference call of up to an hour within 2 weeks of the on-site visit.
